I wanted you to know that the reason my mom stays at Cornell Estates is that we all feel like the staff cares about the residents, and it feels more like family. The staff go the extra mile to make the residents feel like you are interest in them as individuals, and we so appreciate that. The elderly years can be lonely and discouraging. I just wanted to drop you a short note to say thank you for taking such good care of my mother. Though she is getting weak and rather forgetful, we know she is being cared for lovingly by you and your staff. Each time we come to visit we are pleased to see their friendly faces. When we speak with them they almost always mention mom in a positive light even though I know she can be contrary at times. Deep inside I know mom is happy to be where she is and thankful for all the help she receives from everyone there. It gives us great peace of mind to know she is being taken care of so well.
