No. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis, and all services are included in one simple monthly payment.

A non-refundable $1000 security deposit holds the apartment of your choice.

We’re part of the Seabold Family, a locally owned and operated business which also includes Rosewood Park Independent Living & Assisted Living.

Yes. The lift bus seats 13 people and is available three days a week for doctor’s visits as well as weekly trips to the grocery store and outings.

Yes. Staff is on duty 24 hours a day in the Assisted Living apartments. We feature three levels of care so you only pay for the services you need. 

Yes. We have a licensed nurse who directs your care and provides many quality services based on individualized service plans.

Yes! We understand your pet is an important part of your family. Small pets are allowed with a one-time pet fee of $500.

Cornell Estates is a tobacco and smoke free community. Smoking and use of any tobacco or nicotine product is not permitted on any owned, leased or rented property of Cornell Estates, nor during any event sponsored by Cornell Estates. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the courtyard, balconies, patio areas, parking lots and vehicles. Smoking is defined as smoke or vapor emitting from an electronic cigarette, tobacco or any other substance, or carrying lighted or smoldering substance.
