Our retirement apartments are spacious with full kitchens, emergency call systems and a variety of floor plans including one bedroom, two bedroom, and studio units. Cornell Estates offers not only a tradition of excellence, but also a progressive sensitivity to the needs or our residents with the development of the Personal Independence Program (PIP). The PIP program is designed to bridge the transition period from independent to assisted living by offering personalized assistance with activities of daily living.

Common areas include not only rooms for large gatherings, but also many small intimate areas for entertaining guests and building friendships with new neighbors. For our out-of-town guests, our luxurious guest apartment is available for a small fee, which includes a gourmet meal in our airy and spacious dining area.

As part of the monthly rate, each resident receives a full amenities package to free up the day and allow the resident to enjoy an enhanced quality of life in our pleasant, relaxed living environment.
