Our executive chef and his culinary team create delicious, nutritious, and well-balanced meals with plenty of variety for all tastes and preferences. All of the meals at Cornell Estates are made from scratch with fresh vegetables, high quality meats and fish. The midday dinner menu features:
  • Two entrees
  • Choice of two vegetables
  • A full salad bar with fresh fruit of the season
  • Choice of a mouth-watering dessert or soft-serve ice cream made fresh daily (Dietetic desserts are available upon request.)

Each evening meal features a homemade soup of the day. Our self serve beverage bar is open 24 hours a day for residents to choose a from a variety of juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The dining room is designed to create an atmosphere of friendship and camaraderie. We encourage family members and friends to join our residents for an occasional lunch or special occasion dinner. Good food, great company and enjoyable conversation are the recipe for fine dining at Cornell Estates.
